Is my rash caused by allergies, bed bugs , fleas, diet... ?

It's been way over two weeks, and this rash doesn't go away, any idea ? it's all over my body from my arms and shoulders to my thighs...thankfully not on my face. it's rather itchy and over time a little crust forms over every "pimple" , but the rash is dry, not weeping and irregular.. some spots are larger than others.

p, i'm a medical student but that doesn't help

You need to pay a visit to your dermatologist. I had rashes before and thought they were bites but it turns out I had a rare condition. It's best if you seek professional help.
