I feel so sick?

Look I just want to start out saying I may be over reacting but it's been over 2 weeks since this started and my family is starting to over react. Thank you ahead of time for reading this. It started out at nausea about 2 months ago. For a week and a half straight I was nauseous all the time. My stomach felt like it lived in my throat.

I thought you know whatever maybe I just have the flu, but there were no other symptoms. It ended and i thought I was fine. For the next month and a half I only got the feeling of puking once in a while when I smelled something cooking or looked at food happened maybe twice a week sometimes not at all.

Then food started to taste funny to me. My favorite thing to eat is steak and Mac n cheese with some Pepsi (weird combination I know) but I hated it. It tasted disgusting. I was the only one who thought so. I brushed it off but then other foods started to taste different and gross.

Things I loved I now didn't like, but i brushed it off thinking 'oh it's probably just a taste bud change thing'. Then 2 weeks ago it got worse. I can't go in my house if my mom is cooking most of the time and if I do I feel like I'm gonna vomit. If I think about eating I'll get nauseous again.

I don't have a very big appetite anymore. I used to eat a lot and now my daily food intake is a half container of a small container (personal ones) of yoplait yogurt, ice, a bowl of cereal around 1 couple crackers and a bite of my moms meat that she's eating for dinner and I'm stuffed when I go to bed.

I ate dinner around 3 Monday and woke up Tuesday at 10 not hungry, but thinking I should eat something. I pulled out a yogurt container, took a couple bites and couldn't eat anymore because I felt like I just ate thanksgiving dinner. On top of that I haven't been sleeping well maybe 3 hours a night. I know what you are thinking, every teen has sleeping problems. Get in line. But I'm starting to get worried.

Today I got dizzy and lost my balance 3 times, falling on my butt twice. I have no energy anymore and am just tired all the time. Sometimes I'll start shaking and freaking out for no reason at all and it'll last about 10 minutes. I wake up in cold sweats sometimes even with no blankets and a fan on me.

My mom keeps freaking out cause she's convinced I'm pregnant even though I still haven't been with anyone. She's got my family convinced I am.

Does anyone have any idea of what might be wrong? I am truly sorry you had to read all that, but if you read the whole thing I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Any ideas are a welcomed sight.

Hi "?" well first of all i can tell you tht people here on yahoo is so lazy tht they will never take their time to read a whole paragraph of what you wrote. Personally im use to tht cuz sometimes when im going thru anexiety i write as long as you write with this question. More than likely you may get at least 2 answers on here including me and someone, tht someone will have a pointless answer. So anyway getting to your issue, it sounds to me tht it could be a psychological problem, it doesn't have much to do with any vital organs, but a chemical imbalance with a brain. Or it could just be a phase due to your hormones i mean my anxiety i had the past year last for 2 years at least. You feeling faint and dizzy and shaking is lack of vitamins and iron. Your not consuming correct vitamins and minerals. You may be low on iron as well. So you need to eat normally, eating yogurts, and crackers and ice is not gona help. I mean its not even nourishment for your body. So your at higher risk of being anemia thts for sure which is not fatal but if left untreated you could have serious consequences. You need psychological help. My suggestion is if this is causing anxiety, you may need to write a diary express your thoughts. Then of course tht smell tht makes you nauseous try not to breath thru your nose. Just breathe thru your mouth tht way you wont have to taste the smell. If you do not want a psychologist to help you, i would suggest trying strategies, tht way your body can get adjusted with tht environment in your moms kitchen tht makes you nauseous. Luckily its psychological so you can reverse the effects. Once you do tht you will get back into vitamins and minerals, and iron back in progress thus reversing your sleeping habits of lack of sleep. Remember what you eat and getting for your body can have an affect with sleeping habits. So first when your in tht atmosphere in the kitchen where normal food is being cooked, just dont breathe thru your nose. Breathe thru your mouth and you wont taste the smell causing you to be nauseous. Then when you eat the normal food tht your mom cooks just chew and breath through your mouth carefully then little by little force your body and brain to get use to the atmosphere by breathing thru your nose each day get taste of the fumes. Remember break away from this psychological issue. After tht your back in progress....Hope i helped.. :) And if this doesnt work then go higher up, see a docter, or psychologist. But try this first, if tht doesnt work then try plan b, seeing a docter, and psychologist..

There are quite a few things that could be wrong with you I would recommend that you go and see a doctor so you can find out what's wrong with you because if it's been going in this long it could be serious and the sooner you get it sorted the sooner you will be able to feel better and get your life backtrack I normal.
