If the report flag isn't showing click on your answer box and it will appear. This is how I fix it as the flag is never there when I open a Q.

It depends on the severity of the violation. If it's Not too extreme then click on the grey flag & choose #1 or #2.It's suggested to add a bit of detail in the box so that YA understands your reason for reporting.

Now - If it's an extreme violation. Something life threatening or Pornographic. Send it to the team immediately. Include All evidence you have as well as the offending member's profile link. Then send it All into the email below. Title it in whatever manner the offense is such as 'Porn, Suicide, etc.'

    Mail it to

Source(s): I'm a hearing impaired guy that reports pedophiles, porn, & 'go kill yourself' accounts.

    1. Find the answer/question/comment that you need to report, and click the flag (turns red when it is hovered over). You won't be able to see the flag on answers/comments until you are hovering over the answer. Questions though have the flag gray and always seen until you report the question.

    2. The Report Abuse dialog box will appear below the answer/question/comment that you need to report.

    3. Click the radio button of the Community Guidelines or the Terms of Service, depending on which one you think it violates.

    4. Type in any additional needed details if necessary.

    5. Click on the "Report Abuse" button.

    6. A blue bar with the words "Thanks for reporting. Your report matters" will show at the top for a short amount of time, and you may end up at a different page.

    7. If you reported an answer, the next time you go to see it, the answer will be hidden, and on the right of the hidden answer will be the following:

You reported this answer (With the word "Show" as hyper-text)

If you click "Show", it will be replaced with "Hide", and you will see the answer.

Clicking "Hide" will bring "Show" back to it's normal position, and the answer will hide itself again.

click the flag on the right side of the post, though if you haven't been reporting a lot of people it may not drop until someone with a higher TR also reports it

There should be a flag over to the right, just hover there and it should appear when the cursor is in that area

There is a flag, off to the right. Sometimes it only appears when you actually open the question, or let your cursor move over it.
