Oh you did ask the same question 3 times.. That's against the community guidelines.
It's not the same person. There are subtle differences in their facial bone structure. For example, observe the "laugh lines" in both cases, for an otherwise identical smile. Also look at the shape of the orbital structures in both cases, as well as the nasal structure. The jaw is also slightly different, but very hard to notice.
I couldn't tell you how old they are. I would guess maybe 30-something for this one and 18-20 for the other one.
