How can anyone gain job experience when pretty much every employer requires you to already have experience?

    1) On a lot of job postings, it's just BSing. They put that to scare away people who really don't know anything and aren't commited. So very different from a capable person who wants to get in the field with no experience vs some kid who works at Wendy's who just applying because it requires no experience.

    2) Many many get job experience throug internships.

    If you live and do things, you have experience. A business may want specific experience to keep their training costs down, but if you show some attractive quality they will hire you regardless.
