Why do feminist have such resentment for nice guys?

Alan Alda is a known feminist and he is treated very well.

All because some girls have a few issues with nice guys doesn't automatically make them feminists...you men on this website seriously overuse that label, and its beyond annoying..maybe those women just have a bad past with men and just dont trust guys, and think guys who are nice are up to something since they are not use to guys actually being nice to them

Feminists hate men in general. Their ideal world is only women, that's why they talk about killing all men and throwing men in jail or for violence against men. They are crazy and it's pathetic that the West has given this hate movement so much respect and credence. I don't know how you force it back into Pandora's box anymore.

Why do Feminists hate nice guys? Because nice guys don’t fit their stereotype. They want big, scary looking dudes that cuss at senior citizens… so they can point their finger at them and scream Misogynist at the top of their lungs and demand more preferential laws in favor of women.

Because they realize that what they SAY they want in a guy is actually a big turnoff for them. Nice guys are a constant reminder that their feminist mentality is wrong, and it drives them mad.

seconding MQ. nice guys shouldn't feel the need to label themselves as nice guys. in fact, many friendly respectful men have healthy relationships with women who support gender equality. there is a difference between courtesy and chauvinism, just as there is a difference between believing in gender equality and picking mindless "i can open my own doors" fights for the sake of your cause.

Feminists have resentment, contempt, and disdain for everything and everybody...usually, even themselves. Don't take it personally: let them wallow in their own putrid misery.

My brother is a nice guy and he has no trouble with getting girls and relationships. You however, are a "nice" guy. And everyone knows all guys that claim to be "nice" guys are actually bitter, pathetic ,a**wipes who feel entitled to sex with women.

They're too inconsequential for me to resent, actually.

The fact that there are no nice guys. A "nice guy" is a wolf in sheeps' clothing.
