A woman, who is an elder, waves flags and uses hand expressions during worship time at my church?
She gets up, takes her shoes off, and some times she uses hand expressions but mostly she waves flags that say good things (flashes say stuff like "Jehovah Shalom", and others with scripture). I'm not saying the waving the flag is all that bad, I was wondering about the hand expressions she does to where she looks like she's in a yoga class or something.

You know who would be a much better person to ask? The lady who does the hand expressions and waves the flags. How the heck should we know what her hand expressions mean? You aren't even describing them. I would bet my bottom dollar that she would be more than happy to explain it to anyone who is inquisitive.
