new lip piercing? help!?

Alright so 3 days ago I got my lip pierced. 1st day was okay and now it's bugging me. It's a horseshoe if that helps. So basically I've been waking up rinsing with sea salt water and cleaning the outside with it and I'll do that about 3 times a day. But it's really red and itchy and tingly now and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. So any insight would really help. Should I be moving the horseshoe through the hole while I clean it? Cause my piercer told me not to move it but it gets constantly moved while I eat etc.
