Sensory vs. Motor neurons?

i understand that dendrites receive stimuli and axons transmit the information to other neurons or effector cell.

So for sensory neurons the dendrites always lie in tissues of the body and the axons end in CNS?

and for motor do the dendrites always lie in the CNS and the axons in the tissues?

so the run in opposite directions?

Update:

Also when a nerve is formed does it contain both types of neurons? and the neurons are running in different directions?

and how many neurons does a nerve have?
