Going to foster care. Boyfriend?

Im scared i wont be able to call my boyfriend whiel im in fostercare(tomarrow) what do i do?

they said i may only be in for a few months

    There should be NO REASON to keep you away from a phone unless you become a disciplinary problem, or your relationship with the boyfriend causes problems. Good luck. Make the best of it.

    Unless they're bad people why wouldn't they let you use the phone.?
