oh right, wasn't sure what you were talking about for a minute
what you mean is, when he's on the flying aircraft carrier, on the bridge, and talking very loudly while planting his bug device, he points out that one of the crew members is playing GALAGA on his monitor. "he thought we wouldn't notice," says Stark, "but we did."
Galaga is a video game from the 80s, it was very popular in video game arcades. You can still play it now on your computer, using the MAME emulator.
After Stark leaves the bridge the camera shows the crewmember's screen as he goes back to playing galaga. Anyone who's ever seen or heard this video game recognizes it immediately
