Why did god talk to everyone thousands of years ago?

Just another thing Christians can't explain.

Nothing more need be said to man, if we're not willing to listen to what's been said already why would God still talk to anyone like that? We now have the Gospel of reconciliation to God through the Son.

Final revelation ended with the apostles but God still speaks to us and miracles still happen. The Virgin Mary appeared at Fatima, Portugal in 1917 and St. Padre Pio was given the stigmata by God no more than 50 years ago. God is a living God and is still very much involved in our lives.

God has spoken to us once for all through his Son Jesus read this below.

same as today, there are thousands of youtube videos with people who claim to have talked to God except no 1 believes them anymore

know ye not that God is the same as yesterday today and for ever an unchangeable God.

He talks to anyone who will listen. Not many people do.
