Is this a good schedule for junior year?

AP English language and comp

AP US history

AP Chemistry

American Sign Language

Spanish 3 (required)

Advanced Math (Precalculus)

Also, my school offers college algebra and I wasn't sure how this and precal compared. So I was wondering which was harder? My friend wanted to take it because it's supposedly the easier class. Based off the book, it seems like it but I just want to know for sure. How can I prepare for precal? Please help?

I'm a junior and taking Precalculus, I've heard it's not too difficult, but it will keep you busy. I'm also taking APUSH and overall people have said if you try, you'll always get a B or higher. Spanish 3 I took sophomore year and it was so easy. My teacher didn't even teach. ASL is simple, took it freshman year, just participate! AP Lang... I've hear mixed reviews about this class. I've hear things from it's fun to it's a nightmare. I'll tell you now, if you found English simple in the past, you're gonna find it much more time consuming and challenging now. As for Chem... I hope you love science because AP Chem and Bio are some of the hardest.

Overall your schedule is alright, I feel like you should drop chem because it's very overwhelming.

Pre-calc is essentially college algebra. It's what we called trig and analytic geometry back in the day and it was only partial credit, if at all, in university. There's no real difference except an extra commute to a community college for the chance to say you're in "college" algebra. College students who aren't prepared for calculus take it. High school students who'll take calculus their senior year take it. Otherwise the schedule looks good. If you haven't taken chem yet, I'd stick to regular chemistry.

not gonna lie that sounds kinda tough. junior year was the worst year of my life cuz I had so much homework a the time. If u wanna live i'd 100% suggest not taking AP chem. Everyone I know who took it who loved chemistry ended up passionately hating chem after that and no one passed the AP exam. For some reason they make it impossible and idk why. The rest should be manageable though. Precalc and college algebra are both easy, but college algebra is hands down the easiest. If you wanna make your life a tad easier id take that instead. Either way neithers hard but college algebra is extremely easy.

    Hope this helped! Good luck

Why not take the college Algebra from a college while in HS? You will get both college and HS credit for the class. Pre-Calc is a class that basically explains the workings of calculus and how it is used..a lot of formulas, the same for College algebra. I loved both. You schedule looks great otherwise and you should do well either way.

Yes, that's a good schedule. I recommend going with College Algebra instead of pre-calc.
