Is it possible Naruto's kids could have red hair?

Wrong! Wrong! Wrong! Person above or below me. And you missed an Uzumaki. (See below) Naruto is an Uzumaki, he didn't take his fathers last name, as the third never told him who his father was was simple, and anyone should be able to understand it. It was because his father was the Fourth Hokage. To save him and allow him to grow up, to a rightful age where he could defend himself it is best not for the entire world to know that. So that is the reason why he took his mothers last name.

To answer the question yes, it is possible with genetics for Naruto's kids to have red hair. Problem is if it's anything like real life, you need two parents with red hair to give birth to a child with red hair, as red hair is a recessive gene trait. Which could explain why Naruto has blond hair, instead of red. Narurto is a carrier of the red hair gene but will pro bally need someone with red hair, or a carrier gene and they would have to luck out to give birth to a child with the repressive trait to have a kid with red hair. But again this is a cartoon.

Naruto in reality is a Namikaze but because of the third's overprotectiveness he was named Uzumaki. Now there is a chance that there might be red hair because of his mom but there might not. Minato is a Namikaze, FYI.

Let's say that Naruto and Hinata married and had babies, more likely they would have blonde or black hair than red but they could have Uzumaki, Namikaze, and Huyga traits. (Sorry if I didn't spell huyga right)

Or let's just say that Naruto and Sakura married and had babbies, Sakura has odd pink hair that I'm guessing would mean that her kids would have pink or red hair or blonde hair. Sakura doesn't seem to have anything special with her or her clan if that is a clan so I would think the kids would get more of an Uzumaki and Namikaze traits.

And I have someone else too that possibly aren't Uzumaki but possibly are!!!!

Well it's because Naruto isn't necessarily an Uzumaki. He's actually a Namikaze though Kushina wished that he be called Uzumaki for her own reasons I'm sure. While he got his mothers personality and strange habits, he got his father's blonde hair and boldness. He got the genes of his physical appearance mainly from his father, though his personality from his mother meaning that his kids would most likely have blonde hair (or depending on who he is shipped with's hair colour) and his mothers personality (or again, whoever he's shipped with's personality).
