Stomach upset...why?

I have emetophobia, so getting stomach flu is the absolute worst thing I could think of. Help me please!!!

I am scared because my stomach is acting up. My dad's stomach starting acting up this afternoon two hours before mine. We both ate totally different foods today, and I don't think I washed my hands before eating breakfast. What if he gave me something? The dirty rice he ate for lunch might have been too old, but what if it's sickness? He has had to go to the bathroom a lot of times I thin

but still ate dinner and everything Otherwise, my eating abits for today weren't good, but mostly normal for me. I had a french toast flavored bagel and some oat cereal for breakfast, some chips ahoy cookies and a cherry 7 up as a snack later, and a chocolate bar an hour after that. I felt fine after eating these things, but two hours after eating the last thing my stomach began to feel weird. Perhaps it was because I knew my dad's stomach was acting up.

Then I suddenly really had to go to the bathroom and it was half diarrhea (apologies for being so blunt). Afterwards I ate some applesauce and green pepper and had water and it's still a little weird feeling, like going to the bathroom didn't take care of all the irritation and I may need to go again sometime. The part that really worries me is how suddenly I needed to go for no reason and not from any provocation. My appetite is not all here either. I am terrified that I might be sick!

Am I sick? What could be the issue? I am scared of stomach illness!!! Help!
