Is it time to give up on him?
We are friends and we have kissed. We still text hello and gnight and how are you, hows your day going,etc....but not anything else. I tell him I miss him and want to kiss him more but he will just say, uh huh or oh yes, me too, but it never goes any further. I dont want to push him but I want him to take the lead now. What should I do? Talk to him or end it?

Yeah most girls like guys who take the lead, make plans, and is very initiative. Because truth is most people don't know where and how to lead their relationship. Dont let one person bear the responsibility of creating happiness in the relationship. It takes two.
I dated a girl for 5 1/2 months until i got a but less thoughtful and uncreative and she tried so hard to keep her feelings in. I lost her...so never give up... Try talking to him about it before making any rash decisions. If you dont see a change, tell him that the relationship just might not work. Give him the idea that he will have a chance of losing you

Be blunt, and just talk to him. Tell him how you feel.
He's probably depressed, or just too afraid to get hurt.
