As we sort of tell from the trailer, the Naruto in the movie is older than Shippuden's Naruro...so hopefully (and most likely) it's set after the war is over.
I think, maybe, Naruto is going to continue, just instead, with a different name and a different main character, where Naruto is like a legendary ninja to the new generation. Sort of like what they did with Digimon and Saint Seiya (apart from the fact that they kept the name).
OR...
Maybe they're following Dragon Ball's footsteps and making a third series where Naruto is still the main character, facing much stronger foes than Madara. That would be good.
We can't really say for sure...all I know is that it's MOST definately set after the war.
