In order for a reaction to occur, two particles must collide with a combined energy equal to or greater than the activation energy, and they must collide in the correct orientation for the product to be formed.

Therefore, it is I and II, but not III.

    (A) I and II

    (B) I and III

    (C) II and III

    (D) I, II, and III

NOTE: I know for sure that I and II are factors. I'm just not sure about factor number III. Does anyone know for sure, like 100% sure? Thanks for taking the time to answer :-)
