Is 100 lbs. to little for being 5'4?

I'm around 110 lbs. ATM, and I want to lose about 10 pounds, because being 100 lbs. sounds about a good weight. I don't have a lot of muscle so I look flabby, which is why I want to lose 10 lbs.

Update:

Im 14 btw

You're already on the underweight side. You need to gain weight and exercise to build muscle.

Yes, 100 lbs. is too little. If you lose weight you’ll only look flabbier. You need to gain weight, and try to gain muscle.

If you look flabby you should never try to lose weight. Start strength excercising. Your flab is going to dissappear and turn into muscle therefor you are gonna look thinner. NEVER worry if you gain weight while exercising because muscle is heavier than fat.
