yes, he will skate out of the army
for the army, it is better to just let him go
then wash the dirty laundry in public
2. the army has a long history of doing this
IE:
some of the POWS in the late stages of the vietnam war, gave statements and confessions without being tortured in any way, they basiclly decided, i'll do whatever they want me to do, say whatever they want me to say, so i will not be hurt in anyway.
The long term POWS wanted charges against them -- didn't happen
B. Iran embassy prisoners -- some of the military personal captured in iran, also did things they should not of have done
again ir was easier to just separate them
3. and even in the trial of ther former asst division commander of the 82nd
someone wanted him gona, so they got his GF to say he forced her to give him oral sex
they thought he would just resign and retiree
but he faught the charges
they were so sure he would resign, that they had a scheduled court martial date -- but had no witness's lined up, no general officers to serve on the jury lined up and when he demanded the court martail go foward
they had to portpone everything, because they had done nothing to actually hold acourt martial

That's up to the Army. Extending the inquiry does not mean anything regarding any potential outcome.

So how does extending the inquiry to September equate to him "skating out of the Army"?
