So much difference in price.
Right now, I'm going for the cheapo,
Acedilufus (or something like) from walmart.

My doctor says to get only those that require refrigeration...as the others do not have live cultures. The higher "doses" are supposed to work better for those of us who have a real need for them (after multiple rounds of antibiotics, for example). And from my research...YES, this is one time spending more is giving you a better product. If you are not ill and have not been told by a doctor that you need probiotics, any type will do.

My doctor told me the better ones are the ones kept cold. As they're actually kept alive and well. Although I got probiotic acidophilus like you and it helped my metabolic acidosis
