What is one unusual skin care method you employ?

For the past month I've been rubbing on baby oil before washing my face. That and having switched to a sodium laureth sulfate free wash has yielded a massive reduction in both acne and dryness with just the need for a bit of Aveeno afterward and a little zinc oxide for sun protection during the day. I came up with the idea thinking that like dissolves like and wondered if a noncomedogenic oil would work to unclog pores before being washed off. It does, brilliantly.
