    Not only is it possible, it is even likely.

    Otoh, are you asking can you buy shares without paying a brokerage fee?? Then the answer is NO.

    You wouldn't typically pay interest on shares. You might pay brokerage fees and be taxed on any interest that is generated from your brokerage account, but the purchase shouldn't have any interest associated with it.
