Dream about worms under skin...?

The dream hints at what may be "under the skin". Often a pun indicating that there is a matter which is annoying and bothering you so much that you can't shake it. The color black is associated with things mysterious and unknown. So, this may be something you are uncertain about. Worms are burrowers. Meaning they move from place to place by traveling where they cannot be seen.

Anything around the chest usually hints at things of the heart and emotional matters.

However....

Some years ago, I did a dream for a young fellow who dreamt that he was on a bus with a woman he identified as his best friend's girlfriend. When they exited the bus, he stated they were rolling around in some hay when she was on top of him and a white worm jumped off her chest and landed on his arm. As it wiggled and moved about, it burrowed into his arm and he kept trying to shake it off.

The dream was saying that he got involved with the wrong girl and may have caught an STD which he was unable to shake. I asked him if he had gotten to the doctor and he admitted that he had taken a test 3 weeks prior to determine that.

So, if the dream offers any clue similar to this, it might be wise to have a check up.

PS: because this is associated with the chest, there may be some other health issue. Consider whether there was any pain involved.
