So it's 12:18 AM. I haven't answered any questions TODAY, Sept. 6th.... any clue as to why Yahoo is telling me I've reached my daily limit?

    Has it been 24 hours since the first question you answered for yesterday.

    Just because it's a new day for your time zone doesn't mean that it's a new day for yahoo. I think yahoo's new day starts at midnight pacific time. So you another 2 hours to wait.
