bit of a awkward question for anybody in the medical profession or with ms?

Update:

Well i look after a young man with ms and his doctor has asked for a sperm sample. We have been trying to get one for a week now through masturbation but having no joy. Can anybody suggest anything?

I find it hard to believe that his physician would order that test for a patient with multiple sclerosis. If he is unable to obtain the specimen on his own, with his own hand, that is, he has no business having children.

Tell the doctor you are "unable to obtain the specimens required for testing."
