    When it comes to loosing weight, pills DO work but as Luke says, they are bad for your system. But it just depends on how bad you want to lose weight. I have a co worker who takes detox pills and she is always talking about them. She has been using them for a while now and I see pretty good results.     diet pills dont work and they are bad for your system like most supplements they increase risk of most chronic diseases if you want to lose weight there is a new website out that makes personalised diets and training programs me and my mate are doing it and its way easier than any other program iv tried and its enjoyable because you eat food you pick it works like you fill out a form and they go and make you a personalised diet and then you pick a program they have good selection of program they cover
