What is the purpose of the Submit button in Tahoo Answers ?
Yeah, I am Level 7, and am frustrated that it jumps all over the place
and just does not Submit = so what is it's current purpose.
And no it's not my mouse
And it does not work properly on any of my computers.
So what is Yahoo! doing about it ?

The submit button is literally to submit (post) your answer / question.
If the submit button is not working then the best thing you can do is to:
a) make sure your browser is up to date (latest version)
b) clear cookies/cache
If this still doesn't work then try another browser. I'm using Firefox (desktop version of Y!A) and so far haven't had problems submitting. I have had it that the submit button doesn't show, but if it shows then it always submits (so far anyway)

Sometimes you have to click it 2-3 times to get the page to wake up and take it. It has to do with the way Java/Flash work and also may be related to bad cache/cookie/temp files on your system. Clean those too.

You didn't get to Level 7 without knowing what Submit is for.
