I came across this name a friend of mine likes, but we don't know (nor can we seem to find) how to pronounce it.?
Can someone help with the phonetics of it? And please, no guessing. If you don't know, don't throw something out just cuz. Thanks.

JO (pronounce the O as in orange not as in Joe) QWA (pronounce the A as in man)
Phonetically, it would sound like JOCKWA with less emphasis on the K.
