Some ministers tell that to parents when their child dies.

According to the Bible, The answer is no. The ones going to heaven will be rulers over the earth with Christ, Jesus. ( Revelation 5:9, 10 ) Now how could a child, who knows nothing about being a leader, be ruling over the earth with Jesus?, Let alone the fact that even David himself didn't go to heaven when he died? ( Acts 2:34-
"For David did not ascend to the heavens, but he himself says, ‘Jehovah said to my Lord: “Sit at my right hand.")

According to the bible, angels are not and never have been humans, and people don't become angels.
As angels grew in popularity this idea became very nice and comforting to a lot of people, but the fact is that there is simply no biblical basis for this belief.

No. It's a lie. But we are all kind of brought up to believe children automatically go to heaven when they die. I don't know if it's scriptural that they are on heavens list til they understand right from wrong then they are crossed off heavens list til they get born again (?)
It is better that we pray for our children and that we claim the three score and ten years minimum that the bible promises us!

An Angel is a title rather than a substance. An Angel is a messenger. Being heavenly, one will think that we will share in the divinity of Christ and thus might be able to do great things. All this is in the Bible.
So it is quite possible.

That is a complete lie. Angels were created separate from humans. For example, Satan rebelled before Adam was ever made.

nobody exactly knows why God does what He does.... "The Lord works in mysterious ways, His wonders to perform". we' just read and study and try to figure it out, but we won't know for sure until we're with Him.
