My ex wants to take or 14 yr ok overseas. I have no problem with that?

My son only wants to go if he doesn't drink on the plane. Can I demand that of him because that's the only thing I'm worried about?

If your son doesn't drink on the plane or your ex doesn't drink on the plane? I don't think a flight attendant would serve alcohol to a 14 year old on a plane, that's illegal. As for your ex drinking on the plane, that's up to him, he's an adult.

Voice your opinion to your ex and if your ex disagrees your son doesn't go. Plain and simple. He needs some responsible parenting from his dad. Parenting before partying.

I think both you and your son have the right to say no drinking since the man will be legally in charge of the boy.

"My son only wants to go if he doesn't drink on the plane". Who does "he" refer to? The son, or the ex? I hate questions like this where the asker uses ambiguous pronouns and neglects to clarify her question.
