Would this work as a religion?

A religion that does not recognize the absolute existence of God, or God's name, but doesn't deny that the evidence of God's non-existence is not absolute. As a result of recognizing that you cannot disprove God's existence the believers worship this deity as "Creator God" (since This deity has no absolute name recognized)

It's already been done. Anyone who says "I don't believe in god but I'm afraid of him anyway" is a member of that very same religion.

It's known as semi-theistic agnosticism, and it's not exactly a religion. Because it doesn't have a pope or an archbishop of dinglebury or anything like that.

"...but doesn't deny that the evidence of God's non-existence is not absolute..."

I'm sorry, but there are way too many (4) negatives in that short phrase for me to be sure I understand what you are saying.

But, overall, the problem you'll encounter is this:

If you don't know anything about this God (not even the certainty of his existence)...then how and why should you worship him. Major questions you would need answers for.

    1) Does this God want us to worship? How do you know?

    2) Does this God even care if we believe in him?

    3) Should we pray to this God?

    4) Are those prayers heard?

    5) Are those prayers heeded?

    6) When should we worship? How can you know that?

    7) Where should we worship? How can you know that?

    8) Has this God give any commandments at all?

    9) If so, how can we possibly know what they are?

    10) Is there some reason we should follow this religion?

Anything can work as a religion. Lack of logic works for many people besides you, and then they make that their religion.

(God does have a name. I can't help that you won't go even that far to invent your own religion of one.)

religion does not take u to God.

Jesus does. He said: I am the way the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except thru Me.

Jesus died for u on the cross for your sins and mine.

God will reveal the truth to u. ask Him.
