For a story I'm writing – what would the sex life of a person with a permanent feeding tube (a G-tube) be like?

My character is a seventeen year old male, who has a G-tube due to severe/extensive allergies that prevent him from eating 'real' food. If I were to introduce a partner, what would their dating/sex life be like? Would the tube interfere with sex? If so, how? Any answers would be much appreciated, especially if you have experience with the matter!

It would be no differnet from anyone else. A G tube is pretty small. The most common are called a Mickey button. The long tubing comes off leaving just the "button" on the skin which actually has a cover and can be closed when not using it. My son has had a feeding tube pretty much his entire life. Although he's young (he will be 3) it doesn't Get in the way of pretty much anything.

It is no different. Feeding tubes can be easily taped or covered with gauze.
