Should we give ISIS nuclear bombs?

Question

Seriously, say we evacuate Israel and all the Christians from the middle East and just give all these Muslim countries nuclear bombs with no viable delivery device that could hit us.

Then we let them have fun, which is more likely;

That they develop a delivery system capable of beating our counter measures

or

They blow themselves up.

Then we build pipeline into their countries and pump out the oil until the fallout subsides.

If you want to live in the dark ages again since the lion's share of the world's ( and especially our's ) supply will be radioactive and ruined. So that's why it's not on the table. Didn't nuke Vietnam, didn't nuke Afghanistan or Iraq the first time? China wouldn't like that. So why now?

I have an easier way which does not involve nuclear arms: open up a covert "suicide bomber training school"... boom!   you pass.... boom!   you pass!   Soon no one left to worry about.
