Dropped my laptop, will the black line get worse?

I dropped my laptop the other day and an uneven black line appeared across a corner (not across the screen. There's an obvious tiny white crack running through it. Around the crack is an uneven black line. It's bigger and fuzzier on one end and smaller on the bottom. The bottom is also greener and more spotty black. The top is solid black, not color at all.

What I want to know is, will it spread? I think it might be getting bigger, bt I can't tell if it's paranoia.
