That can grow larger, they can also become more prominent due to more sun exposure. If they are changing at an odd pace and are larger than the diameter of a pencil then you should have them checked.

YES and they can get smaller too. The amount of sun you get is one factor. If they grow suddenly or change shape get them looked at by your doctor.

No if you stay out of the sun you they slowly go away but if you stay in the sun then you get more of them
