I was curious about Ebola after seeing so much in the news. If a person survives Ebola can the become reinfected later?

Does the body build an immunity to it?

a very few people do have a immunity from Ebola. but half the people that got it Died, since there is no vaccines for it. Countries in West Africa has a very high death rate, due to very poor sanitation, and don't have the medicine and technology so stop it from spreading. The first case of Ebola in US has a high chance of surviving because we have the treatment for the symptoms it cause, and can stop from spreading. But the people that do survive, still has a chance of getting it back. but may be harder because their body now knows to react to the virus, and fight it off.
