Laser Treatment for redness?

I use to use an exfoliating soap unacknowledged for almost 2 year's, daily. Last year in September, I developed 2 red inflamed rashes beside both of my nose areas that won't go away. Some redness under my chin, & on my nose too. Some day's it's calm, & some days it's just really out of control..like today. The inflamed rashes are mild. I've been to the Dermatologist 5 times, they've all told me that it's the first stage of acne & extremely sensitive skin. I also have some red & dark acne scars. My skin looks SO bad today, I don't even wanna leave the house. It makes me feel SO insecure. I'm 16, female. I've decide to go get laser treatment to hopefully get rid of it, but am not sure which laser would be good for me & if it'll work. I'm also worried that if they'll mess up my skin, or it wont work!. Do you think laser would do any justice for me? I cant even use any acne cleanser,scrub, or lightener to get rid of the scars because my skin is so inflamed, it sucks! I was thinking of getting it done at Jefferson's hospital in Philadelphia.
