Well this would be easier to answer if we had a little more details. It could be lots of reasons. For instance the reasons she gives you could be true! Lol She honestly could be busy. I don't know how old you are but if you're young parents could be the reason. It is possible she's playing you. Good ways to tell is does she seem just as interested in you? Does she text or call you regularly or do you have to always start the conversations? Does she ask questions and remember things you said? Does she seem just as into you? If so it could be she's nervous! I have avoided going out with guys I liked cause I was before! Just make it a setting she's comfortable with! Movies are fun and casual and you don't have to talk a lot so no awkward silence. If y'all have mutual invite them to make it less stressful!
