I am a born-again Christian who used to be Catholic. I can safely say I have not, nor have I heard of others, going back to their Catholic ways.

Much less have I heard any Christian going back to Catholicism for any other reason at all. For one, the Christian churches are a huge improvement. It's just better and in the right direction at what Jesus wants.

No, Christians are not Catholics. I remember the Apostles Creed. And a lot of other prayers that I didn't have my heart in as a Catholic.

You guys worship Mary. Admit it. I admit it. I used to pray to her everyday, I thought she could help me, I never gave Jesus much thought. It's like this with a lot of Catholics and should be abhorred in Christianity, which it is, so yeah... they're DIFFERENT no matter how you word it.

Anyone can return to the Catholic faith. Now I'm not too familiar with the term "born again Christian,"

I just know "born again" as regenerated in the spirit, which is biblical, and that there's a special elitist

like sect who hold up the term "born again Christian" as though they're "holier than thou," who will be

raptured leaving sinners behind, don't know much beyond that. The Catholic Church for that reason

doesn't like using the term "born again," but instead "personal conversion," which is the same thing,

just without that "holier than thou" flavor to it.

I returned to the Catholic faith from Goddess-Worship because of this personal conversion, I'd even say that it's because I'm "born again" that I became Catholic again, though I don't mean to associate with that special rapturist group who use the title "born again Christian."

In short, yes come back, "And the Spirit and the Bride say, 'Come.' And he that heareth, let him say, 'Come.'

And he that thirsteth, let him come: and he that will, let him take the water of life, freely," (Revelation 22:18).

The person alone can be able to answer this, since it is a matter of their faith, and their soul's destination and their relationship with God.

The God of the Catholic is the same God of the Born Again believer, and God is the God of All Flesh, so since God is NEVER CHANGED, then the issue is totally with the individual and not God the church or the faith since Faith is in Jesus Christ and not a Religious affiliation or church or principle.

Maybe they were not really Born Again, since Jesus speaks of what the term Born Again means in John 3V3, has Nothing to do with being a Roman Catholic, and all to do with seeing the Kingdom of God.

I cannot make sense out of your question. All Catholics are born again in the biblical definition by Baptism. Christ's draws all Christians to His Church and and works against those man made counterfeits to His Church the Catholic Church. Come into His will in His Church. Jesus made it clear in His prayer to the Father the night before His arrest and subsequent crucifixion praying "let them be one as you and I are one". Come into His Church and fulfill His desire for you. God bless!

Catholics are Christians, so yes, you can be a born again Catholic. You can even be Charismatic and Catholic. Catholics say the Nicene Creed in almost every service. This proves that Catholics Are Christians.

We believe in one God, the Father Almighty, creator of heaven and earth, of all that is seen and unseen.

We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only-begotten Son of the Father; God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God; begotten, not made, one in being with the Father, by whom all things were made.

For us and for our salvation, He came down from heaven, was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, and became man; He was crucified under Pontius Pilate; He suffered, died, and was buried; on the third day He rose again, in fulfillment of the Scriptures; He ascended into heaven, and is seated on the right hand of the Father; He will come again, in glory, to judge the living and the dead; and His kingdom will have no end.

We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life; who proceeds from the Father and the Son; with the Father and the Son He is worshipped and glorified; He has spoken through the prophets.

We believe in one holy, catholic, and apostolic Church. We acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins; we look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come. Amen.
