Why is Ebola not spreading to central Africa ?

Mauritania, Mali, Ghana, and the Ivory Coast are just a few of the nations immediately bordering the Ebola hot zones - and yet they have not had one single case of Ebola.

How can that be, the primary disease vector (humans) are highly mobile and typically flee disease ridden areas. So why is the infection not spreading across Africa ?

I read this from August: Two Ebola-related deaths have emerged in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the country's health ministry says. If confirmed, it would be the first time in the present outbreak that the disease has killed outside of a handful of West African nations. They are not letting anyone across the border to contain the virus at this time.

Don't know because that issue has not been covered in American news media (what is). I'd guess they've closed their borders, or their reporting and technology is so bad they do have Ebola cases and don't know it.

    (Those flights were banned).

Only (Obama's) America is welcoming the EBOLA FLIGHTS.
