I fellof a horse as a kid and after that I saw hands with no bodys crawling around on the floor and I have been very sick my whole life?

could all this be due to falling of a horse I was so sick I had horrible stomach pains bad headaches that was hard to get rid of tired all the time I felt crippled hard time walking I awalys need to sit down I get tired so easily I have bad vision I see hands crawing around on the floor iam so scard of dying what could be causing al that I just wondr if falling of a horse cold cause all this I hear things that nbody else does I see things nobody else does its really scaryi have sever pain in my neck and jaws I have problems swallowing sometimes really scary stuff goingon here one time my neck hurt so bad I couldn't move it I had to turn my whole body this has happenmed more thanonce
