Can U.S earned Healthcare Admin B.S. work in Canada?
I'm in Healthcare Administration, going for my bachelor's degree. I recently wondered if it was possible for me to work in Canada . having earned my degree in the U.S? I'm thinking Vancouver area. I have friends who earned their bachelors in the medical field in the U.S and cannot even use it back home (Canada). I know healthcare in Canada is way different than the U.S.

I you aren't a Canadian citizens you can't work in Canada without a work permit. In order to apply for a work permit you must have a job offer from a Canadian company which has permission to hire foreign workers. That company must apply for a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) report which shows a shortage of Canadian in that profession along with proof that they advertised in Canada and no Canadians applied. Such job offers are rare. Expecting one in a specific city is next to impossible. Work permits are also temporary... a few years or until your job offer ends. Few companies are likely to go through this for temporary administrative workers.
It is highly unlikely any US health administration degree would be of much use in Canada. Canada has a completely different system of laws, policies, regulation, etc. It is also unlikely that you would have much relevant work experience.
If you are a Canadian citizen... I have no idea why you would be taking a US bachelor's degree.
