Your question: "Can a wheelchair bound person get into heaven?"

Given the context of your question, i.e., your perceptual and cognitive schemas, the answer is no, and the reason why neither able-bodied nor disabled persons go to heaven is that there is no heaven that people go to after they die, no matter what they were like while alive.

How the reader can know your perceptual and cognitive schemas:

Your perceptual schemas are not the same as those of the following devout celebrity Christians and many others who believe that the god Jesus talks to him:

"As I said many times before, prayer always has been important in our lives. And without it, I really am convinced, more and more convinced, that no man or no woman who has the privilege of serving in the Presidency could carry out their duties without prayer." -- George H.W. Bush, March 3, 1992 • http://www.god-and-country.info/GHWBush.html#rlg

"I am honored that all of you are here not for a political purpose. We come here to seek the help and guidance of our Lord, putting aside our differences, as men and women who freely acknowledge that we don't have all the answers. And we come here seeking to restore and renew and strengthen our faith." -- Bill Clinton, 1993 • http://www.presidency.ucsb.edu/ws/?pid=46711

Personally I do not think there is some god Jesus or any other.

I believe they are hearing disembodied voices invented by their own minds.

    Yes, because

There's a lady who's sure, all that glitters is gold, and she's buying a stairlift to Heaven.

Travel to heaven in in the righteous heart, not the legs.

Most certainly. It takes believing in Christ Jesus as Lord and Savior, not the ability to walk or not.

If you are Amish and have a motorized wheel chair than you might have some problems.

there's only ONE requirement for Heaven and that is accepting Jesus Christ as your savior. Just believe that Jesus died on the cross to pay for your sins, and ask Him to forgive you.
