It's difficult to get dead people to vote-----if they have to produce ID. It's difficult to vote more than once-----if they have to produce ID. It's difficult to get illegal aliens to vote-----if they have to produce ID. I COULD go on, but I think you get the general idea.

I think a Federal ID should be needed to vote for Federal office, not an easily forged State DL.

Because they're intended to make it harder for certain groups of people to vote. The only reason they're not stopping voters is a bunch of liberal charities and volunteer organizations have been helping people get the required form of ID.

Unless those ID's are for frees it's no different than a poll tax
