How does legalized marijuana affect employer drug testing?
If a state legalizes marijuana and employers demand drug testing...what happens? Can an employer still require the drug testing or are results a moot point?

Sure they can. Even if Colorado has legalized pot, that doesn't require employers to give pot users a free pass. And if they do, there's still a ton of other drugs that are illegal and a drug test will catch.

Yes. Since it's still illegal at the Federal level any company can still drug test, even in a state that has legal pot.
