Is the medical device chip under Obama Care optional?

Medical device chips are not in the ACA,

but, yes you have that option,

no one is stopping you from getting a medical device chip.

I'm certain someone will sell you something called an authentic 2014 medical device chip, made in the USA, which will...do...whatever, you think a medical device chip should do.

There is no such provision in the health care law.
