My parents yell at me for everything!!!??!?

First of all my parents think that an 89% average is bad while my friend's parents think 80%. So I got an 93% which was one of the highest marks in my grade. I showed it to them and i was expecting them to be happy. But no! They yelled at me for not studying enough! Wtf! This is literally my daily routine : wake up, go to school, come back and take a shower, have lunch/dinner, study, sleep. That's it. Sometimes I even study until midnight. Then i told them about how their expectations are too high and they just yelled even louder, the neighbours actually heard us, so now I'm embarrassed and grounded. I'm sick of this. They're never happy with what i do. You know what? I dont even care about my grades. I dont mind failing. But i try to get good grades so they don't yell at me. But what do they do? Yell at me. They even yelled at me when my little brother broke his arm! The day he broke his arm he was at home and I was at my friends house yet somehow it's my fault! Once my mom yelled at me when the power went out! Why and how the hell is it my fault!?!? Sometimes i feel like they yell at me for fun. And they also spoil my little brother. I already know that they like him more than me cuz hes younger but it's not my fault i was born first! And i hate my brother. He always annoys me and i get blamed for it. My friends' parents actually try to make their kids feel appreciated :/

Have you ever talked to a trusted teacher or a guidance counselor or the school nurse? Ask them if the school has a psychologist you can see. I think you need a respected adult to be supportive of you and help them see the error of their ways at a meeting down the road. Start there.

Continue on with the good grades but keep your focus on the future and the light at the end of the tunnel. Those grades will help you get into college and away from them or into a job and you can move out. So let them yell if they must but know that it's all money in your pocket for you to support yourself and leave the negativity behind.

    Very best of luck!

I have some of those problems, just not on your scale. One of my parents is mad all the time so I have learned to act like I'm worried but the moment they turn their back I'm back to normal. I'm like "OK, whatever".

    Good luck.

Can you talk to your family clergy person about this, or even your family doctor?

This concerns me as well, and maybe you will get some help.l It is possible you will endure some criticism for involving an outsider, but it sounds like you need some help and interventions. Try your family clergy or doctor.
