Intense wrist pain, doctors or physiotherapists help!?

I broke and dislocated my elbow about 7 months ago and have been under going intense physio for the past 4 months. But over the past month i have been experiencing extreme wrist pain and i dont see my physio again till 2 weeks till now due to him going away and i am struggling to use my hand now. Any advice as to what it is and how i can relieve the pain? i am 16 years old if that makes a difference.

I don't know what the problem is but to help with the pain, try icing it and taking painkillers. Also, try not to use it very often only if necessary, you may just be overusing it and your body is trying to tell you. Good luck. Hope you feel better.
