Am I going to die?
I was unaware that percocet contained acetominophen & I accidentally ingested 5200mg between Tylenol & the Percocet (taking percocet for kidney stones). My last dose was at around 10pm last night & it is now 1:30pm. I've had no real symptoms except for some soreness in my stomach & anxiety about having ingested this much acetominophen. I did contact poison control & they said I should be fine. I just need some reassurance. I don't drink, no other drugs. 27 year old female, 319 pounds. I also had a liver function test in September & it was fine, in case that matters.

You can trust poison control. A one time dose of that amount probably won't do any damage. It is consistent use of high doses of tylenol or dramatic overdoses (as in suicide attempts) that can lead to liver damage. Hope you've passed those kidney stones by now!

If you are still concerned, go to the emergency room. No one on here can run your liver values or see you. Sorry to be so blunt, but there's nothing we can do for you. Poison control told you that you should be fine, but you don't believe them and are asking strangers on a board that's frequented by Immature teenagers.
So, get a friend to drive you to the ER where you will be examined and treated, if necessary. This will put your mind at ease.
I'm sure you've already looked up the symptoms of liver failure and of acetaminophen toxicity, so if your only symptom is stomach pain, something that can be related to stress and your kidney stones, it would seem like the risk is low.
However, the only way to be sure is to see a physician.
Good Luck

You're going to die in 5, 4, 3 , 2, 1 ..... just kidding! You'll be just fine! If you feel bad, call a friend to stay with you and watch over you. Call the emergency if you have further complications. Best of luck.
